The question every guest asks first is how many days this takes and what happens on each of them. This is the shape of a full-arch treatment, from the message you send tonight to the final prosthesis.

Before you fly
Photos in, written plan out
Send smile photos and, if you have one, a recent panoramic X-ray or CT scan. One of our dentists reviews the case and sends back a written plan: the approach, the stages and the number of days. Usually within 24–48 hours.
Day 1
Examination and 3D imaging
You are picked up from the airport and seen at the clinic. CBCT scan, clinical examination, and the plan confirmed with you in the chair before anything is decided.
Day 2
Extractions and implant surgery
Any teeth that cannot be kept are removed and the implants are placed, under local anaesthesia with sedation available. Most guests spend the rest of the day resting at the hotel.
Days 3–5
Recovery and measurements
Post-operative checks, then the impressions and measurements your temporary bridge is built from. Our laboratory works on it in the same building — and between appointments most guests are on the beach or in the old town.
Days 6–7
Fixed temporary teeth
Your temporary bridge is fitted and adjusted until the bite feels right. The last day is usually free: the harbour, a boat trip, or nothing at all. You fly home with fixed teeth and written aftercare instructions.
Months 3–6
Healing, with us on the phone
The implants integrate with the bone while you go about your life. Your coordinator stays in contact and reviews the photos you send.
Second visit
Your final prosthesis
You return for around a week. The permanent bridge is made to the shape and shade agreed with you, fitted, adjusted, and documented with its warranty papers.

Before you send your details
How long do I need to stay in Antalya?
Full-arch treatment is usually planned over 5 to 7 days for the first visit, covering imaging, surgery and the fitting of a temporary bridge. After a healing period of a few months you return for a second visit of a similar length for your final prosthesis. Your exact schedule is confirmed in your treatment plan.
Will I leave the clinic without teeth?
In most full-arch cases a fixed temporary bridge is fitted during the same visit as the surgery, so you leave with teeth in place. Whether immediate loading is suitable depends on bone quality and is assessed from your 3D scan and during surgery.
Is the treatment painful?
Surgery is carried out under local anaesthesia, and sedation can be arranged for guests who prefer it. Swelling and discomfort in the days afterwards are normal and are managed with the medication and instructions we give you.
What if I need bone grafting or a sinus lift?
This is assessed from your CT scan. If additional procedures are needed they are written into your plan before you travel, along with what they mean for your schedule.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Your coordinator communicates with you in English throughout, and translation is available during every clinical appointment.
How do I get a plan before flying?
Send smile photos through the form or WhatsApp, together with a recent panoramic X-ray or CT scan if you have one. If you do not, we will tell you what to request from a clinic near you. One of our dentists reviews the case and prepares your plan.
Where will I stay, and is it included?
At Fora Inn Lara, the hotel we work with in Lara — a short walk from the beach and about ten minutes from the clinic. Your stay is written into your treatment plan for the nights the schedule requires, so there is no separate booking to make. Flights are the part you book yourself, on dates we agree together.
Can my partner travel with me?
Yes, and most guests do. Tell your coordinator and the room is planned for two from the start; your companion joins the transfers and is welcome at the clinic during appointments.
What can I do between appointments?
The first day or two after surgery are for resting, and we say so plainly. After that most guests are out: the beach in front of the hotel, Kaleiçi old town and the harbour, a boat trip, or the waterfalls inside the city. Your coordinator arranges what you want to see around the clinic days.
What happens if something needs adjusting after I go home?
Stay in contact with your coordinator and send photos of anything that concerns you. Minor issues can often be resolved with guidance; anything requiring clinical work is planned into your second visit.
How do I know whether I am a candidate?
Full-arch implant treatment depends on your bone volume, gum health and general medical condition. The photographs and scan give us a first assessment, and the final decision is made after your clinical examination in Antalya.
